Preparing For Success
Dear Valued Customer,
It is Fowler Products Company's goal to provide you with a delivery commitment that is accurate and assured. In order for your project to hit the ground running, the following is a brief list of items which should be readily available once your buying decision is made.
- Sample caps: One hundred of each size are desirable for engineering considerations, but as few as a dozen are acceptable.
- Sample bottles: One dozen of each size.
- Drawings: Electronic transmission in DXF or DWG format of all bottle and cap prints and plan view of the bottling line/plant is essential.
- Specification: Should a company specification govern the design, functionality, or performance of the capping machine, a copy should be provided to the Fowler Sales Department for review before a purchase order is released.
Often times, some or all of these essential items are not available at the onset of a project. Fowler understands this is sometimes true and is able to work around these missing items, up to a point, in the design phase of the project. However, assuring as much as possible is ready and waiting will help the start-up process greatly.
We hope you choose Fowler Products equipment. Keep in mind however, no matter who is chosen to supply the capping machine, these requests will need to be provided for.
