Waterfall Bottle Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter WFI Series

Our WFI Series Waterfall Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter uses an inclined cleated belt and gravity to orient and put into single file a varied range of caps at over 2000 caps per minute. The WFI Series Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter is typically floor mounted and provides enough height at discharge to allow caps to move from the sorter into the capper with a simple cap chute. Where ceiling heights do not allow for adequate elevation, a cap air or belt conveyor can be used to move the caps into the capper. An integral bin of 20 or 40 cubic feet allows for considerable cap load capacity and run time between re-loading.
