Our PNSC Series Pneumatic Cap Feeder automatically supplies closures from a floor level bulk storage bin to the sorter/orienter used to feed the capper at speeds up to 1000 caps per minute. Our PNSC Series Pneumatic bulk feeder integrates with the capping machine for automatic and manual override operation, is constructed of 304L Stainless Steel and features an easy clean out.

- Bulk feeding of turret mounted sorter from remote location
- Integrated blower - no plant air required
- Bin sizes: 8, 24 and 45 cu. ft.
- Air filter system to eliminate dust in the air stream
- Convey vertically 13 feet and horizontally to suit line layout to 100 ft.
- Speeds up to 1000 caps per minute
- Tubing in clear polycarbonate or stainless steel is available
- Integrated clean out for cap changeover
- Discharge defuser to cushion caps at termination of transport
- 24 VDC or 110 VAC available
Options
- Tote Dumpers, while not manufactured directly by Fowler Products, can be supplied, fully integrated with the capping system
