Pneumatic Bottle Cap Conveyor Belt System PCC Series

Our PCC Series Pneumatic Cap Conveyor was designed for the high-speed bulk conveying of oriented closures in unlimited lengths and directional configurations. The PCC Series Cap Conveyor was created to deal with the fact that often times, locating a bulk cap supply in the immediate proximity of the capping machine is just not practical due to line layout constraints. Our Pneumatic Cap Conveyor is designed to fully integrate with the capper to provide a steady supply of caps when they are needed. The Cap Conveyor is constructed with the maximum use of stainless steel and like the cappers, built for many years of trouble-free operation. Blowers are provided to avoid the need for plant air.

Fowler, in cooperation with plant or project engineers, will generate detailed plan and elevation drawings of the layout for plant approval to assure proper fit during installation.
