The manual leak tester measures the point at which seal failure occurs under pressure, allowing you to monitor the performance of your capping machinery. Ideal for beverage, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and chemical packaging applications.
Quality Control - Monitor both the performance of the overall capping machine as well as the performance of individual capping heads. Test data can be correlated to capping head position and entered into available AT2E software which stores the results and can calculate trend analysis on the data over time.
Flexible Measurement - Measure both plastic and metal closures that are applied to plastic, glass or metal containers, as well as cans. Measure in multiple units - bar or PSI.
Measuring Range - Standard measuring range from 00.00 to 16.00 bar.
Multiple Measuring Modes - Measure in both mean and peak modes.
Cycle/Step Control - 2 cycles standard, cycle with or without steps, adjustable temporization for the steps, adjustable time for the level of the steps and adjustable time to reach the level. Programmable cycles available as an upgrade.
Easy To Read Display - Programmable digital display comes standard.
Robust Design - Aluminum and stainless steel construction provides long lasting, safe, explosion resistant solution.
Results Analysis - Analyze results by references and period.
Upgrades - Programmable cycles, software analysis, QUALIPRESS software.
