Horizontal Bottle Cap Conveyor Belt System HCC Series

Our HCC Series Horizontal Belt Cap Conveyor was designed for the bulk conveying of non-oriented closures. The HCC Series Cap Conveyor was created to deal with the fact that often times, locating a bulk cap supply in the immediate proximity of the capping machine is just not practical due to line layout constraints. Our Horizontal Belt Cap Conveyor is designed to fully integrate with the capper to provide a steady supply of caps when they are needed. The HCC Series Horizontal Cap Conveyor is constructed with the maximum use of stainless steel and like the cappers, built for many years of trouble-free operation.

Fowler, in cooperation with plant or project engineers, will generate a detailed plan and elevation drawings of the layout for plant approval to assure proper fit during installation of the cap conveyor.

• Bulk conveying of non-oriented closures from bulk pre-feeder discharge to the cap sorter/orienter
• Sensors provided for integration with the bulk pre-feeder and the sorter
• Suitable for a wide range of cap sizes
• Straight runs of over 100 feet. Can be tiered for directional changes
• Single and multi discharge to supply caps to one or multiple sorters
• Available with flat belt for horizontal run or cleated belt for inclined run
• Reverse belt travel to assist with clean out
• Single or variable speed belt control
• Mounting tabs for ceiling suspension
