Cap Sorter/Orienter - Universal Series Overview

Our Universal Series Cap Sorter/Orienter is a rotary (centrifugal) machine for handling closures with height greater than diameter that can sort and orient up to 600 caps per minute. It is typically mounted on the upper top plate of the capper or turret which allows the sorter to maintain proper position relative to the cap pick-off, regardless of any height change required by different bottle sizes. It can also be mounted on a motorized floor stand with discharge to a transition cap chute or cap belt conveyor.
