Bottle Rinser/Air Blower - PERRIER Series Overview

The industrial manufacturing process of glass, plastic, metal and other containers involves several pollution risks before the containers are filled. To help with product quality and security, bottle cleaning is a necessary step that should occur right before product filling. The PERRIER Series Bottle Rinser/Air Blower offers a full range of bottle cleaning solutions to fit your entire range of needs.

Starting with bottle rinsing that is done with a liquid, we grip the bottle by the neck, invert, rinse, drain and return the bottle to the upright position. During this movement a vacuum device removes any droplet of fluid remaining on the rim of the neck (to keep the external side wall dry). We can run a wide range of rinsing agents, including:

• Filtered water
• Hot water
• Treated water (chlorine, ozone, etc.)
• Sterilant product
• Aseptic applications
• Neutral alcohol (such as vodka to match the exact proof)
• Product to be bottled
• And more...

We can also do air blowing with a gas in which we grip the bottle by the neck, invert, spray and return the bottle to the upright position. Before, during and after the spraying, a vacuum is created to remove contaminated air present in the container. An external ionized air spray can be adapted and we can spray with:

• Filtered air
• Treated air
• And more...
