Bottle Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter Universal Series

Our Universal Series Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter is a rotary (centrifugal) machine for handling closures with a height that is greater than the diameter and can sort and orient up to 600 caps per minute. It is typically mounted on the upper top plate of the capper or turret which allows the sorter to maintain proper position relative to the cap pick-off, regardless of any height change required by different bottle sizes. The Universal Series Cap Orienter / Cap Sorter can also be mounted on a motorized floor stand with discharge to a transition cap chute or cap belt conveyor.

• Suitable for a wide variety of closure styles, typically taller than wide
• Four sizes: U-750, U-1000, U-1200 and U-1500 for speeds from 10 to 600 oriented caps per minute
• Suitable for turret or floor stand mounting
• Interchangeable discs to provide for use with various style caps
• Prefeeder required to provide a metered supply of caps
• Pneumatically controlled dual disc for flat and sport caps of same diameter, without changeover
• Plant air required
