Automatic Torquemeter - ADATMV-5 Overview

Monitor the performance of your capping machinery by automatically measuring the removal torque of closures accurately and nondestructively, providing real-time information to your quality control data collection systems. Ideal for beverage, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and chemical packaging applications.

Integration - The automatic torquemeter can be incorporated into your packaging line and integrated with a reject/sampling system to completely automate quality assurance tests.

Quality Control - Monitor both the performance of the overall capping machine as well as the performance of individual capping heads. Test data can be correlated to capping head position and entered into available AT2E software which stores the results and can calculate trend analysis on the data over time.

Flexible Measurement - Measure both plastic and metal closures that are applied to plastic, glass or metal containers. Measure in multiple units - kgf/cm2, inch/lbs, daN/cm, N-m, N-cm.

Measuring Range - Standard measuring range from 00.00 to 99.00 inch/lbs. High accuracy measuring range from 0.000 to 4.500 lbs. Measure up to 4 thresholds by product (very low, low, high and very high).

Non-Destructive Testing - Automatically recloses the product sample at the programmed torque for a truly non-destructive test.

Multiple Product Recipes - Store up to 30 product recipes in the system for quick changes to different products. Recipes include values for Product Name, Package Size, Line No., Lot No., and Operator Name.

Multiple Measuring Modes - Measure both opening and closing directions in mean, peak and peak+info modes.

Easy To Read Display - Backlight display shows dynamic product information statistics, operator information, lot number and line numbers by default, as well as time and date. See an alarm message and bar graph of the applied torque for each measurement. Other personalization is available.

Superior Output - Memorize up to 1,000 measures, then print results and statistics (with time and date codes). 2 RS output (PC or printer) as well as analog output.

Robust Design - Aluminum and stainless steel construction provides long lasting, safe solution.

Support for Multiple Languages - English, Spanish, French, German and Italian languages are all available.

Upgrades - QUALITORQ software, mini printer all available.

Starwheel System - Automatic machine is also available with a starwheel multiple station configuration for comparative results and analysis of multiple bottles, in sequence of the heads of the capping machine.
