Conversions & Retrofits
Dear Valued Customer,
It is Fowler Products Company's goal to make your conversion to a new bottle and/or cap as smooth as possible. In order for us to best serve you, please involve us as early as possible. Often Fowler Products is able to help you make small modifications which lead to increased efficiencies and minimum capper changes. In addition, this allows us time to provide you an accurate quotation for your decision process and have the parts available when you need them. In order to aid in this process, we would need any available items listed below.
- Machine number and a brief description of your conversion needs.
- Drawings: Electronic transmission in DXF or DWG format of all new bottles and caps.
- Sample caps: One hundred of each size is desirable for engineering considerations, but as few as a dozen may be acceptable.
- Sample bottles: One dozen of each size.
To provide an accurate quote, we will have to perform a preliminary engineering review which could take a few weeks to research and perform. However, we would be delighted to provide a budgetary estimate while the engineering review is performed. You can get started by taking a few moments to fill out our Conversion Request Form online.
